Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse the store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on checkout. We accept credit card payments via Paypal. You do not need to have a pay pal account to shop with us.

When confirmation of orders is received, this indicates that we have received your order it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All orders are subject to availability and on a first-come first served basis. Goods cannot be reserved, and we reserve the right to refuse to accept an order.

The price is inclusive of any applicable value added tax which you shall automatically be liable to pay to us. Any changes in the rate of value added tax will result in an automatic change in our quoted prices.

Shipping & Handling

We make a charge for shipping which is automatically calculated for you at the checkout. We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days. Items should therefore be received within 5 working days. Back orders - if your item is not in stock we will contact you to check what you wish to do. Please allow 9 days before contacting us of any suspected loss.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products are checked for faults before packing, but in the unlikely event of a product falling short of the high quality we expect, please notify us at once via email @ mail@absolutedancewear.co.uk or use the Contact Us page. Alternatively call us on 07722433293. We will issue you with an address to return it to. The item must be returned to us within 7 days. Once we receive the faulty goods we will refund the cost of the item and the return postage. Alternatively we will send a replacement item if requested by you.

Returns

If the item is not suitable please contact us and we will issue you with an address to return it to. Once we receive the item back we will refund you the cost of the item only.

Absolute Dancewear do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Absolute Dancewear does not store any financial information.

PreLoved Items

Advertisers are ultimately responsible for ensuring that the adverts they place are suitable for listing on absolute Dancewear PreLoved page ie. that they are legal and decent.

These are some guidelines as to which adverts may not be placed on the Preloved page, but does not represent a complete list. If you are unsure of whether your product can be listed, please contact us.

We reserve the right to edit, remove or reclassify any advert at our discretion.

Language

Adverts using graphic or obscene or racist language are not allowed.

Ownership

You should personally own the item you are selling .If the item is new, you should have it in stock. We do not accept adverts for items that are to be 'drop shipped'.
We do not accept adverts for items or services where the advertiser earns a commission through a third party affiliate program.
